It’s the end of another year, which means it’s the perfect time to look back and reflect on the lessons you learned this year. There were some highs and lows, but all in all 2021 was a year of transformation, recovery and innovation.
At Business Blueprint, this year made us even stronger. We are a company run on a set of values, and these values serve as our beliefs, guiding principles and DNA of who we are. In good times or bad times, our values kept us consistent, inspired and energised.
Here’s how we lived those values in 2021…
Achieve Together
At Business Blueprint, we know that if we work together, small teams can do extraordinary things. Therefore, we contribute fully and help one another. So after more than a year of virtual events and Zoom meetings, we came back with everything we had.
Our 4-day in-person Business Blueprint May 2021 Conference featured an incredible lineup of professional speakers and subject matter experts. For those who can’t make the trip, the conference was all live-streamed. Over 200 members from New Zealand, America and all around the world were able to tune in from the comforts of their home or office.
Earlier this year, we also had the chance to kick off our New Rules of Business tour in Sydney, Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane. High Performance
We’re not satisfied with average. Instead, we’re committed to giving our best in all we do. Therefore, we show up with positive energy and we always step up. This year, we launched a brand new event exclusive to all our Business Blueprint members called Wealth Building Summit.
Its purpose is to teach business owners how to develop significant wealth and achieve financial freedom within the next 10 years. The event ran over 4 days and featured 12 incredible wealth building experts, many of which have created tens of millions of dollars in wealth.
Be Accountable
In business, how we respond to the situation is what matters. So when the NSW lockdown was extended beyond the original two weeks, and with no guarantee when it would end, we did not make excuses, we focused on what we can control and stayed true to our values.
We continued running world-class workshops, business training and conferences online. Plus, we organized a special event to help our members and their team build resilience and lead through challenging times.
In this event, best-selling author Briony Benjamin shared the life-changing lessons in her book ‘Life Is Tough But So Are You’. The event was packed full of useful gems for anyone navigating a tough time in their life. Click here to watch a replay of the event.
Create Efficiency
We believe that time is our greatest gift, so we seek to use it wisely. This means we build systems for everything we do, we streamline and automate as much as we can, and we aim to simplify and reduce cost, wherever possible.
This year, we launched our free on-demand workshops to help even more business owners build the business of their dreams. These training sessions are designed to help save months if not years of trial and error. In under an hour, you’ll learn everything about building systems, creating effective marketing plans and hiring virtual assistants.

Show the Love
We love people so we constantly find ways to show our respect, helpfulness and gratitude to our clients and our colleagues. In addition, we’re committed to giving back and helping people less fortunate than us.
Every year for the last 8 years, Business Blueprint has led a group of passionate and inspired entrepreneurs on an epic journey through Thailand to raise money for Hands Across The Water.
This year, due to travel restrictions, we have swapped Thailand for country NSW. Together with 11 other riders, we rode from Mudgee to Dubbo and back. After riding over 500km, we were able to raise over $65,000 for disadvantaged children and communities in Thailand.
