Logic becomes apparent by placing yourself in the buyers shoes, would you buy on a cold call? No, you would probably prefer someone to build a relationship with you, offering value-adds until the time you decide (or not) to buy. Then, having established the seller as a Market leader, they are your first thought, brilliant, thanks.
