That’s great customer service Andrew and will definitely earn your customers respect. I’m a big fan of personal recommendations myself.

We cover all these important points and more with our Mystery Shopping and Customer Satisfaction services! If any of your followers want to get to the heart of their current customer service levels so they can improve them- we are happy to help.

Predominantly Mystery Shopping has been utilised by retail giants but these valuable services can be extended to almost any business or industry; hotels, cafe’s, fitness centres- you name it! If your business relies on customers you should be evaluating your service and looking at where you can improve it and of course if business owners are too busy- they can call in the experts to organise a Mystery Shopping program custom designed to to reflect their needs and capture their own culture. 🙂

I’m quite passionate about the topic and thrilled to see you’ve done a video about customer service.

When Asking questions you will often find that the customer has other needs that your business may not service. When this happens I will recommend where they can go. Customers love personal recommendations and referrals. I sell Hotel supplies but I often give referrals to bed companies, furniture shops, even housekeeping supplies. By helping your customers with no expectation of a sale can earn you respect, and they will come back, and in turn recommend you to their friends.
