Anni Haque
Anni Haque is a family woman, animal lover, ideas powerhouse and challenger of the status quo. Born in England in 1958, she spent her childhood with her sisters on the beaches of Kent, and in the parklands of Surrey, with as many animals as she could find. Excelling in the arts at school, Anni found moving to a more rigid school culture too inhibiting and left at 16. While accumulating skills and experience in a variety of people-based roles, she also travelled extensively, eventually settling in Sydney in 1982.
After studying corporate communications, Anni headed marketing for the advertising agency, Lintas South Pacific, while also studying individual and organisational development. It was here that she gained a reputation as a business brand-builder, was courted by major agencies and moved to FCB where her combined people development and brand-building skills helped achieve great success for the agency.
In 1988, Anni launched her own business, rapidly building an enviable base of entrepreneurial clients. Her clients achieved exponential growth and success through innovative people and business development strategies. Over the years Anni has worked across a wide range of industries with individuals, teams, industry leaders and even royalty. She has studied internationally with some of the world’s leading thinkers on wealth, leadership, culture, team and peak performance, including training to master practitioner level in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. In 2006 her drive to support people in clarifying their wildest dreams, and turn them into reality, led her to re-brand her consultancy, The Possibility Collective. Anni is also passionate about her local community work and her own creative projects, as well as the charities she supports, such as the RSPCA and WWF.
Anni is a sought-after coach, strategist, conceptualiser, facilitator and commentator. She lives by Sydney’s eastern beaches, enjoying coastal walks with her husband, Peter, her two children, Riordan and Aria, and her dog, Lola.
