At my conference on the weekend I had a bunch of clients come up to me and they are so thrilled that they have hired virtual assistants to help them with their business. In fact some of our members now have massive teams of 20 or more virtual staff helping them with their day to day activities.
Now, not everyone feels the way I do about hiring overseas staff, in fact some people are dead against the idea.
In fact, I got so much flak about it that I did this little video.

Outsourcing Staff in the Philippines
Immediately, when we talk about outsourcing, there’s a whole bunch of different misconceptions out there and also a whole bunch of questions as well. I’m not going to have the time to go through all of them in this particular video right now but I do have another video that I’m going to direct you to in just a sec that has a bit more of an explanation and then also a free event that I run where I spend about 40 minutes talking about outsourcing in a lot more detail and specifically about how it works.
That is to prove this is really real. This is a photo of me and our office over in Cebu and this is where our staff works from now. I want you to figure about right now the 10 staff that we have there in the Philippines and right now want to talk to you about where we started.
Starting to Outsource with One Virtual Assistant
Where we started was a number of years ago with just one. Just one virtual assistant in the Philippines who’s still with us today and she’s an amazing person and she works from our office there. In fact, she runs our team over there and the extra increase in productivity that we’ve been able to achieve as a result of having first of all one but then two and three and four in place has completely transformed our entire business.

It has enabled us to do a whole bunch of jobs that we just simply weren’t doing before. Things that just weren’t getting done because one of the biggest expenses that you have when you’re growing your business is the cost of staff. Now, you’re still going to have local staff working for you, assisting you in your business but there’s a whole lot of other jobs that you’re neglecting right now that you can actually be getting someone else to do because they don’t have to be sitting next to you in the office. Now, in order to share with you a little bit more about outsourcing and also to answer some of your misconceptions out there about outsourcing and how it works, I’ve created this other video.
