If it’s just a one-time meeting, you can set it up the way I’ve demonstrated in the video above. But if you plan to use it for long-term, you can actually claim it and make it your permanent meeting room.

You can call the room whatever you like as long as no one’s already claimed it. For example, you called it meetingwithDale and made it your permanent link. Then anytime that two people click on this link at the same time, they’ll be able to have a meeting regardless of where they are each located.
When you set up a virtual meeting, you can invite up to 8 people for free. You can click on the bottom if you want to share your screen and you can even use stickers, which is awesome. If the video quality isn’t that great, you can turn off the cam and still continue your meeting.
