What do you think are the essential qualities or attributes of a great business builder?
- Great business builders have a vision of what they want to achieve and they are flexible enough to consider many ways to achieve that vision. They have a willingness to adjust and improve the picture as things progress.
- They also have a passion for people and for learning, so they are keen to learn from everyone they meet. They seek out new experiences and explore new ways of doing things. They understand that life is a journey, not a destination, and that the key is to enjoy the process of building a business.
- They are willing to forgive mistakes, from themselves and others, as long as they only happen once! Because of their desire for learning, they use errors as signposts on the path to success. There are many others, but those three are a good start.
